PROGRAM DETAILS
Outline:
Program will run during the months of April and May.
- 2 On-ice practice per week + 4 workouts per week.
- 2 Tournaments
On-ice practice: will be Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:15pm. We are putting some of the best players in the area on this team. We will expect a high level of competitveness, attention to detail, and effort in development. Practices will be designed in preperation for game play, as we work towards our tournament weekends.
Strength and Conditioning: *THIS IS NOT OPTIONAL. The spring season is the start to the "off-season". We will begin the development of off-season strength, that will build over the course of the spring and summer to prepare each athlete for the next season. We will have workout option to accomidate spring sports.
